The founder of the school is a former player of the HC Sparta Praha club, a member of the national teams under the age of 18, 19 and 20, Jakub Kolář.
In HŠJK, he specializes in the composition of on-ice and off-ice trainings, methodology, game systems and exercises, special trainings for defenders.
ABOUT HŠJK
The HŠJK association was established in 2016 with a vision to motivate players of various age to reach the highest level both physically and mentally.
In addition to individual trainings and camps, we also offer individual training plans and diet plans.
Our goal is to gather players who live by hockey, regularly and purposefully train on the ice and outside it. Motivate them to the natural path and the development of their own abilities.
HŠJK events take place at the Ice Arena in Neratovice.
