Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, network identifier, or to one or more specific elements of the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.

II. Sources and Categories of Personal Data Processed

The Controller processes personal data that you have provided to the Controller or personal data that the Controller has obtained on the basis of the fulfilment of your order.

The Controller processes your identification and contact details and data necessary for the performance of the contract.
III. Legal Basis and Purpose of Personal Data Processing

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is:

The performance of a contract between you and the Controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

The legitimate interest of the Controller in providing direct marketing, in particular for sending commercial communications and newsletters, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Your consent to processing for the purposes of direct marketing, in particular for sending commercial communications and newsletters, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR in conjunction with Section 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, in the event that no order for goods or services has been placed.

The purpose of processing personal data is:

the processing of your order and the exercise of rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Controller; when placing an order, personal data necessary for the successful processing of the order is required, namely name, address and contact details. The provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract; without the provision of personal data, it is not possible to conclude the contract or for the Controller to perform it;

sending commercial communications and carrying out other marketing activities.

The Controller does not engage in automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR. You have provided your explicit consent to such processing.
IV. Data Retention Period

The Controller retains personal data:

for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Controller and to assert claims arising from such contractual relationships, for a period of 15 years after thetermination of the contractual relationship;

for the period until consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is withdrawn, but no longer than 5 years where personal data is processed on the basis of consent.

After the expiry of the personal data retention period, the Controller shall erase the personal data.
V. Recipients of Personal Data (Controller’s Subcontractors)

Recipients of personal data are persons:

participating in the delivery of goods / services / execution of payments on the basis of a contract;

participating in ensuring the operation of services;

providing marketing services.

The Controller may transfer personal data to third countries or international organisations, in particular in connection with the use of analytical, marketing, mailing, cloud or similar services. Such transfer shall only take place under the conditions laid down by legal regulations, in particular where appropriate safeguards pursuant to the GDPR are ensured.
VI. Your Rights

Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have:

the right of access to your personal data pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR;

the right to rectification of personal data pursuant to Article 16 of the GDPR, or restriction of processing pursuant to Article 18 of the GDPR;

VII. Personal Data Security Conditions

The Controller declares that it has adopted all appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure personal data.

The Controller is entitled to amend this Privacy Policy. The Controller shall publish the new version of the Privacy Policy on its website and, where applicable, send the new version of this Privacy Policy to the e-mail address you have provided to the Controller.
This Privacy Policy shall take effect on 1 January 2025.
